Cheeky old Oskar who is 13 human years old was frolicking around on the grass and snagged his nail – ouch!!
He presented to see Dr Tanya as he was so painful he wouldn’t walk on that paw.
The nail was torn badly and had to be removed under a quick anaesthetic.
A bandage was applied to prevent the nail bed from infection and Oskar went home with some good pain relief.
After a few quiet days he was back to his old tricks zooming around the oval
