Client Relations / Receptionist – Full Time Hours

What the role involves:
As MHFVCs client relations team member will be an integral part of the team and critically important to us as you will be the heart of the clinic — the first smile clients see, the steady voice on the phone, and the person who helps guide worried owners through some of their most wonderful and important moments.
We are looking for – someone who loves people, thrives on variety, and finds reward in creating positive experiences.
Previous experience in a customer focussed role is essential. Previous experience as a receptionist within the health care industry or vet care industry is highly valued.
